The foundation of BeyondDelivery was laid when two commercial specialists met while working on one of Europe’s largest station redevelopment projects in 2016. Harish Viram, Founding Director of BeyondDelivery Ltd, brings over 12 years of experience in cost assurance as a Chartered Surveyor, with a background across sectors like Rail and Infrastructure. Russell Friend, also a Founding Director of BeyondDelivery Ltd, has over 15 years of experience in cost assurance and delivering independent audits to clients. Together, they formed BeyondDelivery to provide clients with reliable capital expenditure assurance through a range of services.
At BeyondDelivery, our team is the core of our success. We offer the expertise and resources needed to optimize your construction project by ensuring the right processes and validation are in place. Our independence allows us to focus solely on building relationships with clients. Our team consists of Chartered Accountants and Quantity Surveyors, each with a commercial background across industries such as rail, transport, infrastructure, roads and highways, leisure, property, and utilities. This diverse experience enables us to deliver knowledge-based outcomes that are both technically and practically grounded in facts.
